Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BT to join our team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA, and help collect progress data.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training and certification support, competitive pay of $27–$33 per hour, generous PTO, and 401(k) with employer match. Travel locally and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Must pass background check.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
