Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Maryland. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA-designed plan, collecting data and supporting client progress.

We offer pay of $26–$31 per hour, full-time or part-time schedules, paid training, certification assistance, generous PTO, 401K, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
