Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. We deliver in-home, in-school, and clinic-based ABA therapy with a focus on evidence-based practices and client growth.

The RBT will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and colleagues to drive meaningful progress for children. Flexible schedules and supportive development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $27 - $33/hour
• Full-Time or Part-Time Available (10-40 hours/week)
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
