Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Forest Grove, Oregon. In this role, you will work closely with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Your responsibilities will include teaching essential communication, social, and daily living skills while using evidence-based techniques to support children effectively. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
