Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work with a 2-year-old child in North Bergen, NJ. This part-time role provides meaningful in-home therapy guided by BCBA plans and growth opportunities alongside experienced BCBAs.

You will collect progress data, support communication, social skills, and daily living tasks, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment and positive outcomes.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 2 year old boy

• Location: North Bergen, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Thursday 4:00PM- 7:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour

Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities
