Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA services in home, clinic, or school settings. The role offers a full- or part-time schedule with a pay range of $24–$26.50 per hour.

Training toward RBT certification is provided, and certification is preferred but not required to apply. You will follow individualized treatment plans, assist clients in daily living skills, and maintain precise progress records while collaborating with families and the

Job description

Pay: $24-$26.50/hour

Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, eight-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Part-time schedule: Monday-Friday afternoons

Settings: Home, clinic, and/or school, depending on the assignment

Training: Support toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Help children build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work with a clinical team that supports your training and professional growth.

What you'll do

What you'll need

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An interest in working with children and helping them build new skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation to assigned sessions

Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome. RBT certification is preferred, but it is not required to apply for the BT position.
