Job summary

Headrise ABA in Camden, New Jersey is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician for part-time in-home therapy, Monday–Friday, 4:00PM–7:00PM. You will deliver ABA services under BCBA plans, track progress with data, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma; a psychology-related bachelor’s is a plus, with RBT preferred. Must pass background checks and bring reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician

• Location: Camden, New Jersey

• Job Type: Part time

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00PM- 7:00PM

• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
