Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and school settings. You'll support communication, social and daily living skills under the supervision of BCBAs, and help families implement strategies.

We welcome experienced BTs and newcomers. We offer in-house RBT support, thorough training, flexible hours across the state, and a path to advanced clinical roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• Background check must be passed.
• Reliable transportation for in-home and in-school sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 1 to 18 in home and school settings.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Help children build skills in communication, social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Support children in the classroom so they can participate, learn, and succeed with peers.
• Collect session data to help the clinical team track progress and adjust treatment.
• Partner with parents, caregivers, and teachers to maintain progress across home and school.
