Qualifications
Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
Monitor progress and adjust strategies as directed by the BCBA.
