Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children on individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress toward goals.
