Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA-based instruction in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will implement BIPs, collect progress data, and help clients acquire communication, social, and daily living skills. Travel to client locations is required; training and support are provided to promote ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Able to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Uphold ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality, and promoting a positive environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction to clients using ABA techniques, including DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring and practicing functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Foster a supportive, positive learning environment to promote engagement and motivation.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies for consistency.
• Communicate updates to clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA.
