• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one direct instruction to clients using ABA techniques, including DTT and naturalistic teaching strategies.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection tools and methods.
• Assist clients in acquiring and practicing functional skills across domains: communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment, promoting engagement, motivation, and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress, adjust strategies, and ensure consistency across settings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and team members, providing progress updates.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
