Behavior Tech II

Position: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM

Wage: $20.75-22/hour

Training Wage: $18/hour

Day to day as a Autism Specialist--Behavior Tech

As a Full-Time Autism Specialist-Behavior Tech at Hills & Dales, you'll play a crucial role in implementing customized programs designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your mission-driven focus will help clients achieve their goals, enhancing social skills, managing behaviors, and developing vital communication techniques such as waiting strategies, play, speaking, and asking skills. You'll embrace creativity, adapting learning methods to meet each child's unique communication style while enjoying the opportunity to transport clients on exciting outings.
