Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Culpeper, VA is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician I to support adults with IDD and BH in our Therapeutic Home. The role focuses on empowering residents with coping skills, daily activities, and individualized interventions within a supportive REACH team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a High School Diploma, plus a valid driver’s license. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with IDD/BH disorders is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field or a High School Diploma accepted.
• Must maintain valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily programs and rehabilitative activities.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and assist with personal care.
• Collaborate with participants’ primary care providers, crisis services, and families.
