Job summary

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Centria-Healthcare as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, genuine teamwork, and a supportive environment. You will gain hands-on experience while helping children reach their full potential, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support client safety during activities.
• Partner with a BCBA and team to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
