Job summary

Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder across multiple programs and settings in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. This role offers guaranteed hours and extensive training within SB&H's network.

We look for energetic individuals aged 21+, with a High School diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
• Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans.
• Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions.
• Participate in community outings.
• Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team.
