Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role offers a pay range of $18.90–$23.35 per hour, part-time options, and comprehensive training up front.

You’ll work 1:1 and in groups, using evidence-based ABA methods with BCBA collaboration, travel between client sites, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; training provided.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
