Overview

At Potential Inc., we believe in the power of potential—the potential within every individual with Autism. Behavior Technicians play a pivotal role in transforming lives using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children ages 2-18 with Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you engage one-on-one with clients, implementing tailored care plans that reflect their strengths, needs, and experiences. This role focuses on areas such as cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning. Location

Locations include schools, daycares, and more in Newtown and surrounding communities.

Schedule

Available Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, and two afternoons per week.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with clients to implement tailored ABA-based goals and behavior plans.
Record session notes, collect data, and complete timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to adjust interventions based on client progress.
Use technology to access client plans and document progress; maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Provide a supportive, engaging, and age-appropriate environment for children and adolescents.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Full-time access to reliable transportation to see clients throughout Lower Bucks County (Newtown, Warminster, and surrounding areas)
Availability Monday–Friday 8:30 am–3:30 pm and two afternoons per week
Ability to attend an employer-sponsored training program to prepare for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam
Desire to pursue RBT credential (training and support provided)
