At Potential Inc., we believe in the power of potential—the potential within every individual with Autism. Behavior Technicians play a pivotal role in transforming lives using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children ages 2-18 with Autism. As a Behavior Technician, you engage one-on-one with clients, implementing tailored care plans that reflect their strengths, needs, and experiences. This role focuses on areas such as cognitive, communicative, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning. Locations include schools, daycares, and more in Newtown and surrounding communities.
Available Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, and two afternoons per week.
