Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and monitor progress.

You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, families, and a clinical team, supporting communication, socialization, and daily living skills while pursuing ongoing training and professional growth.
