Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one behavioral interventions in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and collect data in client homes.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of ABA experience or be pursuing relevant education (BA in related field). The role offers weekday and weekend availability and a strong focus on family engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
