Job summary

Applied ABC Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will implement intervention plans, participate in ongoing training, and maintain data collection, with weekday and weekend shifts and close collaboration with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
