Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking entry-level part-time ABA technicians to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision, collect data, and help families implement skill-building plans.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. 40-hour RBT course is required, with a minimum commitment of 6 months. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunity to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Need to take the 40-hour RBT course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
