Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in ABA-based programs. This permanent, full-time role requires a HS Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience with children.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months working with children.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions include long periods of standing, lifting, and engagement with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties in a manner consistent with program requirements for client population served.
• Follow applicable licensure, certification and accreditation standards.
• Ability to interact with the client population served.
