Bright Achievements is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are seeking caring and professional ABA therapists to deliver ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend required Professional Development Trainings.
- Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures.
- Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
- Respond to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
- Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented in your work.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.
- Energetic individuals passionate about helping children and families.
- Strong communication skills.
- At least six months of experience with ABA therapy and working with children with autism.
- Drive to grow within an innovative organization.
- Valid driver's license.
