Bright Achievements is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. We are seeking caring and professional ABA therapists to deliver ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend required Professional Development Trainings.
2. Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures.
3. Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
4. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
5. Respond to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
6. Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented in your work.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
2. Preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
3. Experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.
4. Energetic individuals passionate about helping children and families.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. At least six months of experience with ABA therapy and working with children with autism.
7. Drive to grow within an innovative organization.
8. Valid driver's license.
