Job summary

Master Faster Inc is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to support children with Autism through tailored treatment plans. With flexible hours, the position offers $21–$23 per hour for 15–25 hours weekly. Ideal candidates will work in-person alongside certified behavior analysts.

You will collect data, maintain documentation, and create a positive environment for skill development in children. Experience with preschool or special needs children is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children is required.
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored Treatment Plans for children with Autism.
• Collect data on client progress using a web-based application.
• Complete daily session notes and required documentation.
• Maintain a positive and professional environment during sessions.

Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour

Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM to 7:45 PM. Thursday, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Location: Woodside, NY 11377

Preference: Female Behavior Technician needed.
Note: Position is available beginning in September.

Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.
