Job summary

Master Faster Inc. is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings near Yonkers, NY.

You will work under BCBA/LBA supervision to implement therapy plans aimed at improving daily living, social, communication, and learning skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role offers a flexible schedule with evening and Saturday shifts, paid training, and opportunities for

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience working with preschool and elementary school children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored treatment plans to promote skill development in children with autism.
• Collect data on the child’s progress using a web app.
• Complete daily session notes.

Schedule Details:

• Schedule: Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs, 5:30pm–8:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am–2:00pm
• Location: Yonkers NY 10704

Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience working with preschool and elementary school children
• Experience working with children with Special Needs, a plus
