Job summary

Master Faster Inc is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism under BCBA supervision in home and community settings in Mount Vernon, NY. The BT/RBT role focuses on implementing treatment plans, data collection, and helping improve daily living, social, and communication skills.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience with children, and Spanish-speaking ability; female BT preferred. Schedule evenings and weekends; pay rate $21–$23 per hour; 15–25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience with preschool or elementary-aged children.
• Experience with children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour

Hours: 15–25 hours per week

Client: 15-year-old Male

Location: Mount Vernon, NY 10550

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM-8:00 PM; Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM

Total Hours: 25 hours per week

Candidate Requirement

Female BT preferred; must be experienced.

Bilingual Requirement: Spanish-speaking required.

Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.
