Job summary

Cortica is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism. You will implement evidence-based strategies, document progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive home and school environments.

The role offers in-person work in the San Diego area with flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and a pathway to career advancement within Cortica’s neurodiversity-affirming model.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Autism experience is a plus
• Driver's license with reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism
• Implement positive behavior strategies
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and mandated reporting
