Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferable to have at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
• RBT certification preferred, and must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to carry out personalized treatment plans.
• Uphold client confidentiality and respect at all times.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients during sessions and in emergencies.
