Job summary

Up and Up ABA seeks passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services across New Mexico. Join a dedicated team serving children with autism in diverse in-person settings with flexible hours and locations.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA/Verbal Behavior programs, ensuring client safety, and collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to execute customized treatment plans. Prior experience and RBT credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs.
• RBT certification is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in both individual and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to carry out personalized treatment plans.
• Uphold client confidentiality and respect at all times.
• Keep your professional knowledge current through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during sessions and in emergency situations.
