Fallbrook Union Elementary DISTRICTWIDE SERVICES is hiring a Behavior Technician to support students with behavioral challenges using ABA techniques and training. The role includes direct instruction, monitoring, and collaboration with instructional staff. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00? a.m.

– 3:00 p.m. with benefits including health, sick leave, vacation, and holidays. Required include RBT certification within the first year, CPI and CPR certifications, and a high school diploma

Qualifications

Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; and either an Associate’s Degree of Arts (AA) or have completed 48 college/university semester units or pass the FUESD proficiency test for this classification.
Prior job-related experience with Applied Behavior Analysis working with children with autism or other developmentally delaying disorders.
Must maintain or obtain RBT certification within first year; CPI and CPR certifications maintained by the District.

Responsibilities

Provide support, monitoring, direct instruction, and training using ABA techniques for students with behavioral challenges.
Provide clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
