Qualifications

• Over age 18 and willing to work a minimum of 10 hours a week.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a negative TB test.
• Reliable transportation, either public or private, required.

• Travel to community settings to deliver one-on-one behavioral services.
• Implement behavior modification plans and collect detailed service notes.
• Provide continued support and mentorship from GOALS supervisors.

Essential Job Functions
