Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism in Durham, NC. This role operates under the supervision of a BCBA and involves implementing personalized ABA plans, collecting data, and coordinating with supervisors as part of a supportive team.

The position requires a BA in a related field (or current pursuit) and a minimum of 1 year of ABA experience, with weekday/weekend hours and competitive pay.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position
  • Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
  • Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
  • Regular communication with supervisory staff
  • Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Weekday and weekend availability
  • Collect therapy session data
Schedule: Summer ( June 16 to August ) Tuesday - Fridays 8:00am to 3:00pm. Wednesday - Thursdays 11:30am to 3:00pm. During School Year Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
