Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our in-home ABA program in Dobson, NC. You will work under a BCBA supervision delivering one-to-one interventions in clients' homes.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability, 1 year ABA experience, and a BA or current pursuit in a related field. This position offers supportive supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within our clinician-owned network.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About the Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

Location: Dobson, NC

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

Gender: Male, 10 years old.
