What You Will Do:

• Help children with autism!
• No prior ABA experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training.
• Teach children through play and follow individualized treatment plans
• Observe, collect data, and write progress notes
• Help children learn essential life skills—motor, social, emotional, and more
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a difference in a child's life!

Skills and Qualities We Seek:

• Compassionate individuals with experience in early childhood education, childcare, paraprofessional work, mental health, psychology, or social work
• Experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Dependable—someone families can rely on
• Ability to move easily on and off the floor quickly
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willing to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
