What You Will Do:
- Help children with autism!
- No prior ABA experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training.
- Teach children through play and follow individualized treatment plans
- Observe, collect data, and write progress notes
- Help children learn essential life skills—motor, social, emotional, and more
- Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
- Make a difference in a child's life!
Skills and Qualities We Seek:
- Compassionate individuals with experience in early childhood education, childcare, paraprofessional work, mental health, psychology, or social work
- Experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
- Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
- Dependable—someone families can rely on
- Ability to move easily on and off the floor quickly
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
- Willing to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
- Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
