• Additional $2.00/hour premium pay for hours worked in the home setting starting at 3 pm

Responsibilities:

• Teach children through play and follow individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
• Assist children in developing motor, social, emotional, and other essential life skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a positive impact on a child's life

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• Paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA)
• Energetic, playful, creative, and quick-thinking
• Dependable and reliable for clients and families
• Ability to get up and down off the floor and move quickly
• Comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willing to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
