Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism.

We offer a supportive network with BCBA supervision, ongoing staff training, and data-driven therapy. You’ll work one-to-one with children in their homes, collecting data and collaborating with supervisors to tailor interventions.

Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
  • BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
  • Weekday and weekend availability.

  • Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
  • Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
  • Regular communication with supervisory staff.
  • Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
