Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism. You will implement individualized ABA plans and collaborate with a BCBA to ensure quality therapy.

This role requires a BA in a related field or current pursuit of related education, plus at least 1 year of ABA experience. Weekday and weekend availability is preferred to support families in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
