If you are a compassionate and motivated individual looking to start or grow your career in behavioral health, we invite you to join our team as a Behavior Technician. You’ll help children and adolescents build life-changing skills using evidence-based behavioral supports in a supportive outpatient and community-based environment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with youth and families to implement behavioral strategies and interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Under the guidance of a supervising Behavior Analyst, you will support children in reaching their goals, document progress, and collaborate with caregivers and clinical teams to promote consistent and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to youth using ABA techniques
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Teach functional skills and reinforce positive behaviors in various settings
• Model behavioral strategies for parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with clinical teams and attend team meetings when appropriate
• Track and report on individual progress, goals, and interventions
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of experience with youth and families, OR Associate’s Degree and 2 years of relevant experience (required)
• Interest in behavioral health, ABA, education, psychology, or social work
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with care teams and families
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
• Must be at least 21 years old
