Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

The Basics

• Hours we're looking for: All weekdays Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm OR 3:30pm - 8pm; Saturdays not required but welcomed in addition to weekday availability
• Job Type: Full-time & Part-time (Up to 20 hours depending on your availability)
• Compensation: $20-26.50 per hour
• Spanish speaking is a plus, and will earn you an additional $.50 per hour

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework or current college enrollment
• At least 6 months of paid experience with children, volunteer work with kids, or ABA experience
• Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing session data; tech-savvy
• Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus
• Ability to pass background checks, TB test, physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Enthusiastic, professional, and able to keep up with active children

• Engage actively with children during sessions, including play and physical activity
• Record treatment data accurately
