Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

The Basics
- Hours: All weekdays Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm OR 4-5 weekdays including Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 8pm; Saturdays optional
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-Time (Up to 20 hours depending on availability)
- Compensation: $22-$27.50/hr (depending on ABA experience)
- Spanish speaking is a plus, earning an additional $0.50/hr
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, plus at least one semester of college coursework or current enrollment
- Minimum 6 months paid experience with children, volunteer work, or ABA experience
- Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data, tech-savvy
- Experience with Autism or special needs via family, friends, or work is a plus
- Pass background checks, TB test, physical exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV (paid by us)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Enthusiastic, professional, able to engage actively with children

Responsibilities
- Learn therapy techniques from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts
- Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles
- Engage actively with children, including physical activity at their level
- Record treatment data accurately
- Ensure client safety and confidentiality
