Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

Compensation: $21-27

The Basics
  • Hours we're looking for: All weekdays Monday through Friday 8am – 6pm OR 3:30pm - 8pm; Saturdays not required but welcomed in addition to weekday availability
  • Job Type: Full-time & Part-time (Up to 20 hours depending on your availability)
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma with at least 12 months of childcare experience OR an Associate's degree or higher in a related field with at least 6 months of childcare experience
  • Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data and tech-savvy
  • Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus
  • Ability to pass background checks, TB test, physical exam, and receive immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and able to keep up with active children
