Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Center Based Behavior Technician to join our ABA team in the Town of Mount Pleasant, NY. This full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm, offering a pay range of $21-26 per hour for a Center-Based ABA Therapist/RBT.

The position emphasizes data collection, collaboration with Supervisors, and the pursuit of RBT credential within 90 days, while supporting learners with a safe and confidential environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months ABA experience with children or adolescents.
• Currently enrolled in or completed an undergrad program in a related field.
• Bilingual in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to implement ABA procedures.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Acquire and maintain RBT credential within 90 days.
• Use CentralReach for data collection and graphing.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal laws.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively withClinical Supervisors to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.

• Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment.

• Effectively manage learners includingphysical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Bilingual is a plus.
