- Hours: Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑3:30pm
- Compensation: $20‑24/hourly (Rates determined by experience, education, skillset, and certifications)
- Services: Provide IEP mandated services at our centers (not insurance based)

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs) to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
- Acquire and maintain an RBT credential within the first 90 days of employment.
- Use electronic platforms for data collection and graphing.
- Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
- Effectively manage learners, including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Background Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months ABA experience with children or adolescents with autism in a supervised setting.
- Experience working with challenging behaviors preferred.
- Enrollment or completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field is a plus.
- Must be able to work safely and directly with individuals who engage in varying magnitudes of challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, self‑injury, property destruction, elopement).
- Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to climb and descend staircases.
- Must be able to maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
- Must be able to utilize quick body movements and PMT techniques as indicated on the Behavior Intervention Plan.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
