Job summary

Family of Kidz is hiring a Behavior Technician for a center-based role in New York. The position runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, focusing on delivering ABA therapy and collecting session data under supervision.

Qualified candidates may have 6+ months ABA experience and should be enrolled in or have completed an undergraduate program in psychology or related fields. Competitive benefits are provided, including insurance options and retirement plans.

• Minimum of 6 months ABA experience with children or adolescents in supervised setting.
• Enrollment in or completion of undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement ABA therapy procedures.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Acquire and maintain BACB RBT credential within first 90 days.
• Utilize CentralReach for data collection and graphing.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
