Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one direct care with learners ages 18 months to 21 years in a center-based setting.
• Collect and record data on learners' behavior for skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members and families.
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Follow individualized behavior programming and instruction plans.
• Complete documentation and scheduling/billing timely and accurately.
