Behavior Frontiers is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BT). You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, centers, or communities, focusing on communication, social skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
