Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician BT to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under BCBA supervision. You will use individualized treatment plans, focus on play and connection, and document progress using ABA technology.

You will work a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe, supportive environment for children. The role offers paid training to become an RBT within 45 days, with potential for growth and a career path toward BCBA

What You’ll Do:

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans

• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days

What we’re looking for:

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare you
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
