Covelo Group is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) - Float in San Ramon, CA, offering up to $30/hr with weekly pay. This role provides behavioral support at multiple school sites across the San Ramon area, with a Monday–Friday schedule and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will travel between sites, implement intervention strategies, reinforce positive behaviors, and document progress while collaborating with teachers and staff to meet diverse student needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA, behavior support, or related experience preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation for travel between school sites.
• Ability to adjust to different students and classroom environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current BLS certification preferred.

Up to $30/hr, paid weekly | Monday-Friday School Schedule | Full-Time & Part-Time

Looking for a school-based Behavior Technician position with a consistent weekday schedule and some variety in your day? Covelo Group is hiring Float Behavior Technicians to support K-12 students across schools in the San Ramon area.

Instead of working at one permanent campus, you'll provide behavioral support at different school sites based on where you're needed. You'll work directly with students while gaining experience across different classrooms, age groups, and school teams.
