Job summary

Momentum Behavior Services in Austin, MN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time or part-time roles.

You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with ASD in home, clinic, or school settings. No experience required and training is provided; shifts typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, pay $22/hour.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time & Part-Time Job – Austin, MN

We welcome people with backgrounds of all levels, including teachers, paraprofessionals, coaches, as well as nannies, babysitters, caregivers, CNAs, camp counselors, retail and hospitality employees, or anyone who has supported a child or family member with autism. We provide all training — you bring the heart.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment where growth and progress happen every day.

Pay: $22 / hour

Shifts Available

Full-Time
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Candidates must be available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability during this window is required; however, scheduled shifts may vary in length and are based on client needs.

Work Environment: in-home, clinic, or in-school settings
